The staff arranged an early taxi for our departure, ensuring our day started smoothly. The in-house restaurant provided an excellent discount and tasty meals, making our dining experience enjoyable and convenient.

By and large, it was excellant base for sightseeing in Naples, had much fun and met professional and especially helpful stuff at the reception desk. I ate at a very convenient restaurant which had lovely food and staff....

Had a fantastic stay! The breakfast had great variety, and the room amenities were thoughtful, with modern touches like clean towels and even some minor comforts. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

I had a good sleep in a triple room and enjoyed the hot espresso at breakfast. The massage services were a nice treat after a busy day. The Wi-Fi could've been better, but overall, it was a pleasant stay! 😊

On the downside, the area felt a bit sketchy at night, so I was hesitant to walk after dark. A couple of the hallways had a musty smell, which wasn't pleasant. One night, I heard a lot of noise from adjacent rooms, disrupting my sleep. It was a solid stay, especially for those needing easy access to transport.

I stayed two nights in a Superior Double or Twin Room with Balcony and appreciated the hotel's proximity to the train station. The staff were helpful, providing great recommendations for tours and local dining options. The surrounding neighborhood could be a bit rough, which might make some guests uncomfortable.
